| revisions/edits | I offer unlimited rounds of revisions during the sketch phase. Once the final piece has been completed, I offer minimal revisions for small adjustments (e.g., color, minor details). Any major changes will incur an additional fee. Please provide as many clear details as possible during the request and initial stages to avoid large revisions later. |
| deadlines | I will provide an estimated timeline for completion based on the complexity of the commission. Deadlines may be flexible depending on the project, but I will communicate any delays or changes. Rush fees may apply for urgent deadlines. |
| cancellations | Cancellations are accepted before the final work begins; however, I reserve the right to retain a non-refundable deposit of 50% or less if work has already begun. No refunds will be given once the final artwork is delivered. If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, I will offer a full refund or another form of compensation. |
| restrictions | I reserve the right to refuse any commission for content I deem inappropriate, offensive, or violating my personal guidelines (e.g., explicit content, political statements, hate speech, etc.). |
| communication | I encourage open communication throughout the process. Please feel free to reach out at any time if you have any questions or concerns. Communication should be respectful, and any harassment will result in a cancellation of the commission. |
| discounts | I offer price discounts for commissions that include two or more characters. This applies to a single piece featuring multiple characters or multiple pieces featuring individual characters. The larger the commission, the bigger the discount. |
| changes | I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that affect their commissions. |
